CANCELLATION POLICY

CONFIRMATION POLICY:

Tousled holds the right to reschedule unconfirmed reservations within 24 hours. We send several confirmation notices to all guests via text and email.  If a reservation is not confirmed within 24 hours and another guest requests, your reservation may be rescheduled to a future date.  

 

If you are not receiving text and email confirmation requests from us, please contact our Concierge team to update your contact information at        316-494-0760.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your reservation, to avoid a 50% Cancellation Fee of your originally scheduled reservation. Tousled reserves the right to require deposits to hold future reservations if necessary. No call, no show guests will no longer have the ability to reserve appointments at Tousled Salon.

IF YOU'RE RUNNING LATE: 

 

It happen's to the best of us. Please be courteous & contact our Concierge at 316-494-0760 should you be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late your service will be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will be charged.  Our service team prides ourselves in being on time for our guests arrival.  A late guest will impact the remainder of the day.

Parties of 4 or more will require a non-refundable deposit (20% of service reservations & will be deducted at checkout). A 20% automatic gratuity will also be applied at check out.

Reservations of our experts outside of regular business hours are subject to a surcharge in addition to service cost + a minimum of 20% automatic gratuity.

All reservations require you have a Credit Card on file.

Tousled Salon reserves the right to refuse service.

REFUND POLICY:

Product purchases are allowed a 100% return to original payment within 3 days of purchase as long as the product has been unused.

If a guest is unsatisfied with a service they must contact Tousled Salon via phone at 316-494-0760 within 3 days of service to schedule a service correction.  The service correction must be scheduled within 7 days of original service.  Only services provided and requested in the original service will be performed in the service correction.  Additional services provided will be charged per Tousled's normal pricing menu.
